It Isn't Usually Like This

When I first moved to Northern California, I discovered that whatever the weather was like people said, "It isn't usually like this."  Now I find I say the same thing myself and what's more it's always true.

Ten days ago, we had temperatures in the 80s, which is, to say the least of it, unusual at this time of year. 

As a result many things are flowering in the Dry Garden:

Lovely, scented Daphne

 

Thyme

 

Rosemary
